Maksym Krippa buys Parus under the AMCU decision

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted a permit to Ola Fine LLC, controlled by Maksym Krippa, to acquire Parus Holding LLC, which was previously owned by Vadym Stolar.

According to YouControl, Ola Fine LLC is indirectly managed by the ARS Capital fund, which is run by a well-known businessman. Businessman Vadym Stolar, through the Genesis fund, owned 80% of the shares of Parus Holding LLC, which owns the Parus business center in the center of Kyiv. The remaining 20% belongs to Vadym Stolar’s ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.

Parus Business Center, classified as Class A, is one of the most prominent real estate properties in the capital, with a 33-storey building and an area of 70 thousand square meters. This transaction follows the previous sale of the business center by developer Vagif Aliyev to MP Vadym Stolar in early February 2021.
