One of the latest examples of this trend is businessman Maksym Krippa’s entry into the capital of the development company DIM. This acquisition expanded his active investment portfolio, as Krippa has invested approximately $100 million in the Ukrainian economy over the past two years. Among his real estate assets are the Kyiv-based Parus business center, the Hotel Ukraina, and a suburban estate in Kozyn, as he previously mentioned in an interview with Forbes.

Key assets and new projects

In January 2023, Krippa acquired a luxury residence in Kozyn, paying UAH 311.11 million—significantly above the starting price. This estate could be transformed into a NAVI training base or a premium-class private clinic. Another major acquisition was the Parus business center, purchased in December 2023. The deal was finalized following a thorough review by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and along with the building, Krippa assumed the previous owner’s debt obligations amounting to around UAH 600 million.

International focus: Assets in the UAE

Since 2016, Krippa has actively developed investment projects in Dubai, relocating there during a market downturn. Today, his UAE portfolio exceeds 100,000 square meters and includes residential complexes, office buildings, development projects, and land plots just 15 minutes from Dubai Mall.

Game Development and Esports: Strategic priorities

In 2018, Krippa became an investor in the media production studio Maincast and later in NAVI, officially becoming the owner of the esports organization in 2022. His next move came in 2023 when he acquired the game development studio GSC Game World. Thanks to his involvement, the long-anticipated game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 was finally completed and released on November 20, 2024. Krippa currently owns 82% of the studio’s shares. The financial details of the Maincast, NAVI, and GSC Game World deals remain undisclosed due to NDA agreements. Still, Krippa has consistently emphasized that technology, gaming, and esports remain his top strategic investment areas. In 2024, he further cemented his influence by becoming the new president of the Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF), reinforcing his role as a key figure in the national esports landscape.
